All the countries which your processors can do (if you own a paysite), otherwise all the countries which your sponsors can process.

US, UK, AU, CA, NL, DE and maybe JP, the rest I wouldn't worry with much...

Exactly. If you ever mentioned any of your sites, 100+ newbies would copy and paste your pages with their own ref codes. Sad but true.

It's been done even without me publishing my site urls. In fact, I've blacklisted a sponsor who didn't respect my copyrights despite 3+ complaints.
