I don't know, but I would definitely have to be the smartest, best looking, and richest. I'm also probably the most modest. :)

Diagnostic Criteria
A pervasive pattern of grandiosity (in fantasy or behavior), need for admiration, and lack of empathy, beginning by early adulthood and present in a variety of contexts, as indicated by five (or more) of the following:

has a grandiose sense of self-importance (e.g., exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements)

is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love

believes that he or she is "special" and unique and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high-status people (or institutions)

requires excessive admiration
has a sense of entitlement, i.e., unreasonable expectations of especially favorable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations

is interpersonally exploitative, i.e., takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends

lacks empathy: is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others

is often envious of others or believes that others are envious of him or her

shows arrogant, haughty behaviors or attitudes

here's the checklist

thanks! that's easy, it's juicy

Jace 08-21-2004 10:33 PM

I wanna say juicy at first, but after carefully reading between the lines of his post you can see he isn't narcissistic, he just seems lonely and needing tons of attention....

i would say p1mpdogg i guess...but it is only board personas after all, and most of the people I meet in real life are NOTHING like what they are on here...so I doubt seriously that he is like that in real life

grogan - you know, the guy with the big boggle eyes.

mardigras 08-22-2004 05:47 PM

Juicy doesn't pass #7 on that list:
lacks empathy: is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others

There's 3 or 4 on this board I feel match every one of the things on that checklist but why stir shit when there's absolutely no benefit for me?:Graucho

"Narcissistic" does not necessarily equal "narcissistic personality disorder".

Preacher 08-22-2004 06:06 PM

this board has a quite a few of them...
