Sounds like corruption in the database.

Last I looked Advanced Submitter password protects their database, so you can't just open it in Access and repair it.

                    You've misunderstood me.

ANY database can become corrupt. Access is a funny database engine, and does funny things. If the database you are using is not from the exact same version of AS that you have, you can have problems. Even it is, you can still have problems.

The best way to solve this is to have whomever gave you the database export the files to text one at a time, through advanced submitter. You can then import the text files to a new database.

I've fixed AS corruption problems like this before.

I have no idea then. Still sounds like corruption in the database, but I don't think you can fix it.

Im also waiting for a response from them. have been for a couple days now. However prior to this last attempt they were very good at getting back to me regarding the issue i was having.

Perhaps they havent been arounf for a couple days? I havent seen them on ICQ in a bit either. GL though.

It's been awhile since I used AS ... And please don't take this as an insult, BUT ... Isn't there an option to "turn off form filling" in Advanced Submitter? This hasn't been accidentally changed has it?
