looks real, very possible.. the good thing about these kinda injuries is im sure the shock from seeing your limb bending the other way pretty much kills the pain.

but the soreness and pain the following weeks is probably brutal.. but thats why they make pain killers ;)

im also pretty sure this kid had to have blacked out after seeing his leg.. im sure i would have :1orglaugh

Holy shit.. Glad i never had anything like that happen to me back when i skated. That shit is horrid. :(

He possibly gave up walking normally forever. Can you imagine the physical therapy one would have to go through to recover from that?:(

Reminds me of the G.L.O.W. girls when Susie Spirit landed on her arm and her elbow went backwards. They must have played that clip 200 times in the weeks afterwards and it made me shudder every time.
