I let a domain expire that I really wanted/want.

It wound up getting regged by this dude. The domain isn't even worth
anything overture or vanity wise, except to me, for branding.

Anyone know how to write in Chinese to this dude and if this is a real
address in China?

the phone number looks fake as I recall, there should be more digits. The addresse looks legit in terms of the province and what not
