Hmmm..that'd be the guy selling 'double-optin' lists who also offers them as prizes then when you try to claim the prize or ask about it ignores every message although he's happy to spam you and sell the list you was meant to have won. (Insert commas and other puncuation at leisure :) )

He spams often enough that he possibly has but how good they truly are who knows. Not sure I'd trust him with my money though.

Not too bothered about the prize thing other than it's funny someone keep trying to sell me something I was supposed to have one. Gotta give him 9/10 for balls :)

He got my ICQ from a spam board and hit me up about opt-in lists and adult webmaster e-mails. Says he can get get screenshots of stats....etc. I have no idea who he is though! I get so many list offers, but this one stood out so much i had to post when i saw you ask about him. Sorry i can't help more.

Same here. I used to receive an ICQ spam almost from him for a few weeks.
