Someone who is can-spam complaint ... honors removes ... doesnt harvest emails

Doesnt matter how legit they are or how clean the lists are complaints will come regardless

i mean if someone sends 20 mill emails expect afew complaints


but if they send 20 mill and you get 100k complaints thats a diff story
