Why would anyone not take IM traffic? Is there a law out there that I don't know about?

Ive had accounts cut me off in the past even if there is no law. Just look at some of the replies in the post they act like dealing with traffic like this should be shunned. Screw them more money for me and whoever wants to work with me. If your interested drop me a line.
