Whats wrong with my wireless

It's starting to piss me off. I've got 2 laptops on my wireless at the moment..Everytime I take them upstairs into my living room, they work for a few hours then the internet cuts off. To get the internet to work again, i have to unplug my router, then my modem, plug the modem back in then the router.

I've had my new laptop downstairs for 2 days now and it hasn't cut off once.

Could it be something interferring with the wireless or what?

Shit is geting annoying

is there anything in between your wirless and the compters when they are upstairs? there are a few electronics that will interfere with the signal and drop it...

some electronics are set to sent a signal every 10-20 minutes and that signal could be hitting your router too, and confusing it

how do I bring my text layer up top? What's wrong with my wireless.

Girl, you got's problems.

We all go thru it though, just not your month. :) Things can only get better.

Cordless phone...

Once while I was working for adult.com I brought in my laptop...and, since Lensman was away somewhere I figured it was a perfect time to play some party poker...

So there I am in the money on a nice single table tournament, and boom, the cordless phone rang...ZAAAAAP! The router goes nut jobby. I lose connection...

You owe me my 5 dollar entry fee Lens...!

hm...there are a few options...#1 is ALWAYS cordless phone.....try unplugging any cordless phone you have, reboot your router and then go upstairs where it dropped before

pretty much anything cordless in the house could be doing it...start looking closest to the router, then get farther away
