use google, it is pretty accurate

just type in

links: sitehere.com

http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...yourself%2Ecom

Go to google.com

Type in link:www.domain.com (whatever your domain is)

Click enter

There you go

:thumbsup

For example, to see our site - link:www.xtremepay.com would show these results :

http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&ie...epay.com&meta=

Looks like you get better results when you do it the way Jace said to..

but then again.. it's not necessarily displaying full links.. the http://www.domain.com inserted after link: would provide complete accuracy if it's actual valid backlinks you're looking to find

:)

actually i think you'd get more accurate results if you just search for "www.domain.com"
if you use "link:" you will only get indexed sites with pr that link to you

No.. cos that just searches to see if your domain is indexed..

That's cos it's performing a search for those two terms together, so you're more likely to see links pages for the domain you specified.

If you look at the results you'll see your keywords highlighted in there, and THAT is where your results come from.. so if someone is linking www.domain.com and you do a search for 'links: domain.com' then you're going to see those links come up, PLUS you'll see anywhere that it just says 'domain.com'

I find that Yahoo's link tool is much more accurate.

Go to Yahoo, and type in link:www.domain .com
