Oprah is weird
 

She was just on a jury that convicted a man for murder.
She now plans to do a show about it and calls it the saddest thing she's ever experienced.

I would have thought the saddest thing she ever experienced would be the AIDS orphans and other disease/poverty stricken children she encountered on her, "Here comes Oprah Claus" tour through Africa.:eek7

When you send someone to jail for LIFE even if they deserve it I would assume that gives you pause.

She was saddened because she only got the standard $17 per day wage that jurors get.

Yeah that is weird. She said something about how it brings you back down to earth having to be responsible for someones fate as well. Down to earth? Wheres she at the rest of her life? hehe

On juror said "it was fun" having Oprah in the jury.

I'll try to catch the show next week whenever it is. I want to see the airtime given to the victims family if they agree to be on it.

Also blew my mind how fast that case went, and how drawn out the "high profile" cases are.
