Ibill refunding transactions?
 

We are seeing about 45 refunds today for transactions occuring last week. The wierd thing is that the CMI shows that the accounts are still to be rebilled:

Already Refunded on 08/19/2004
$19.95 Rebill Active ... card will next be charged on 09/07/2004

I think it must be a CMI problem.

Anyone else seeing this? If it keeps up we will be out of $5k of rebilling customers by the end of the day.
