Epassporte will not clause his account just because you request it.. post some proofs and explain us !
|
I guess he looks up IDs from bigger sites and tries to scam sponsors.
|
are you saying he sends emails to sponsors with YOUR id's in them and asks to be paid to HIS epassporte account
|
This person emails affiliates pretending to be me and using my account names with them, and requests them to change my payout type to epassporte using HIS EPASSPORTE "natinho" account. He has tried many times in the past to do this to me and others.
Epassporte should do something, they have experienced this one already. I pay affiliates by their system, it would be a shame to have to end that. |
Wondering why scammers don't get suspended but webmasters who do legit business get their accounts frozen for no reason at all :eek7
|
This guys been at it for months now and still nothing have been done by Epassporte.
Makes you wonder how their "fraud control" works! Epassporte should have investigated this a long time ago instead they are doing nothing:mad: |
thanks for the info
|
Haha.. just got that email from him yesterday to change someone elses payout method.
From a hotmail account no less :321GFY |
holy that must really really suck. Good that you caught this guy at least
|
That sounds like a pretty ballsy way to rip people off.. aanyone actually lose money because of this? I doubt most any affiliate company would change the info like this...

This is not solely an ePassporte issue here, and I'm not entirely sure it is an ePassporte issue, given that he's attempting to do this through sponsor programs. If we terminate the account and he starts another one doing the same thing, then it's just a vicious cycle that keeps on going. Most sponsors are smart enough not to fall for this, and the majority of them will forward me the emails in question so we can track the account holder to see what other accounts he may be attempting to use.
Forward me the email if you don't mind so I can give it to fraud. kimmy @ epassporte.com :) |
On the same note, we had already terminated this particular account, I guess the guy forgot to try and log in before the latest round of emails. :)
