Dude I know firsthand...I used to suffer from them big time..I still have them on a fairly regular occassion but they are not as severe.

I have had 2 anxiety attacks in the last year. Both were at internext. Both happened during dinner. Weird.

I pop Ativan now for my anxiety, it's working, but when I feel overly anxious like tonight I flip the fuck out.. I think I need a punching bag.. cuz I feel like punching walls...

I never took a headache tablet, but in fact I don't know why...I have often a headache after a long night and 1 bottle "Absolut Vodka"
