What program do you use to get the JuicyCash.com text in this video?

You can do that entire movie in Adobe Premiere.

I thought Premiere couldn't put out WMV files? Can it?

you can do it easily in windows movie maker , comes with windows by default.

I've tried that shitty WMM. The subtitle feature doesn't let you get the text that far down in the corner. Or am I missing something?

your right it doesn't let you go very far, but for sample videos i suggest a quick trasparent flash title every so often. ( just copy the flash subtitle and paste it )

I did it with Sony Vegas 4 Editing Software...
