"Flies eat poop!"

My 4 Year Old Son: Dad, have you hit a fly with this? (holding up the fly swatter)

Me: Yes I have.

Him: Oh, then I can't touch this part (pointing to the part that smashes the flies) because flies are icky. Flies eat poop.

Damn, kids are cute! Right now he's climbing up onto my lap asking me: "Where's the turn off button, dad. You've been on the computer too long" (I'm on my laptop).

:)

my son tried to lick the flyswatter sometimes....

"look daddy, a fly popsicle!"

right now, my other two kids are with their grandparents in Arizona and he oldest is here by himself, so entertaining himself by singing these little songs...some are cute and some are kinda disturbing....just a chip off the old block

I love kids (my own, that is ;-))

He's playing xBox right by me. Spiderman 2. He's asking me a lot of cute questions. I love spending time with him.

Him: What's that dog song again dad?

Me: I'm looking over, my dead dog Rover...

Him: No, not that one dad.

Him: Something like "the dogs are out".

Me: Oh, you mean (starting to sing) "Who let the dog's out"

Him: (big smile) Yeah, that's the one. "Who, who, who who!"

It's really cute to hear a 4 year old sing "who let the dog's out"

Donny 08-18-2004 06:07 PM

Just now he turned off the XBox.

"Come on dad. I'm ready to go outside dad! You're not talking to somebody anymore. Come on, let's go outside!!"

Looks like I'm going outside. Later, everyone!

I have a 5 year old little brother, one day he looks at me and smiles then says "what goes blonde, brunette, blonde, brunette, blonde, brunette?"

i was like "hmmm, i dunno little man, tell me"

he says " a blonde doing a cartwheel!"

my jaw dropped, then i asked him if he knew what that means

he replied "cause she has hairy legs right"

i said "yeah buddy, thats right"

then i walked around the corner to laugh my ass off for the next 5 min.

its true what they say - kids say the darndest things

I was camping on the California Coast. We started just north of Eureka, on Clam Beach. We camped right on the beach that night. Then we moved slowly down the coast to Ft. Bragg.

Then we caught the Niners-Raiders game on Saturday before returning to our campsite. Came home Sunday.

I think it was time better spent. I rarely accomplish anything business wise at Internext. That's what Desert Forum is for! I always get business done in Phoenix!
