I wanna get into this business but dont know where to start
 

I like the idea, and think i would enjoy doing this kind of work. Now for an adult site, would my only way to be sucessful would be to actually have a model of my own? or selling other videos from my site better? can i make a career out of this? it just seems like it would be a good job. Anyone hiring?:)

I would start with the exit stategy.

1. Spend 8 hours a day surfing GFY for 30 Days
2. Take as many notes as possible, (and follow juicy-he is the un-official god of GFY.
3. learn the following terms: newby, fucktard, wanker, content, affiliate, shaving, AVS, Paysite, gallery, TGP, Hosting, Exclusive, stolen/ganked/hocked/borrowed, please thanks, fuck you, eat shit, liar, o.k.
4. post as many worthless threads in 30 days as you possibly can, (increasing your post count makes it look like you know what the hell you are talking about and earns you respect from fellow webmasters).
5. kiss lots of ass no matter how hairy or smelly
6. keep a special folder of "hocked" images for release on your new muli-million dollar pay-site
7. Make sure to post 1-3 times a week about your excessive use of drugs and hookers.
8. Never admit when you are wrong, it makes you look weak and stupid.
9. If you have problems getting content, take pictures of your sister in the shower, on toilet, etc...
10. If all above fail, revert to being a surfer and paying for porn.

Start by blowing webmasters. It worked for me.

Read the boards and pick a field you like and think you might do well in, then read all you can on that subject. Submitting to TGPs is usually the easiest place to start. So go read, read and read its not as easy as it seems but with some hard work you have as good a chance to make it as anyone else.
