EroticaFest will go into the history books as one of THE most ambitious and over-the-top productions in our industry - problems and margin of error come with the territory.

Multiple security meetings were held prior to the event, the challenges we faced post "show time" were not within GigaCash's control. Although the VAST majority got in without a problem, security was tighter with the dress code than we had been told and although we had 1200 webmasters rockin' at the party, the crowd flow (an enormous turnout due to heavy marketing) could have been smoother and we would have preferred to do without breaches of contract by venue management.

From all the face-to-face feedback we received, everyone at the show was totally blown away by the production and had a complete blast.

I was speaking to someone about all the hard work that goes into putting together an event of this scale and how its tough to measure a return (as the producer) not to mention putting yourself out there to be criticized if all elements don't go as planned, and was asked if we'd do it all over again if we went back in time, and my answer was "HELL YES!" - because although it wasn't a perfect production, at the end of the night we delivered the main elements of the party - this was one Godzilla of an event (which takes quite a set of balls to undertake on the part of the producers) and we threw an unforgettable party for the vast majorty of our attendees (including the biggest players in the biz), and I am proud of this accomplishment.

Our sincere apologies go out to those affected by the venue's security, and am sure you understand that such problems can be at times out of the producer's control, especially at "big city" night clubs.

My team strived for perfection and although there was an internal "let down" which caused certain issues that were avoidable, my team deserves all the credit in the world for all the things that went RIGHT.

I want to thank all of you for coming out to the show - and thanks to all of you who came up to me to personally congratulate and give raving remarks.

As always I enjoy reading feedback on our controversial events, so post away!

first of all I would have controlled the club a little better, so that the doorman did not use us as a tool to strong arm the locals for more money, by selling them tables lol....

I would have to agree on this. If you want a guarantee that it will be 100% controlled and keep everyone happy, hire Joesho. Obviously there were some unhappy people, a lot it seems. To me is sounds like you not only hired the wrong person to manage the event, you picked the wrong place.

and I just read what you said about security and dress code...and those are avoidable circumstance....i have ran clubs in the past...

but I wasn't there, so i guess I will stop bitching...glad I wasn't there though

OMG that pic is sooooooooooo perfect...

when you rent a place and thow an event YOU call the shots! you guys have to put your feet down when doing an event... whenever we rent a place for an event all shots are called by me, i make sure the people are treated right and taken care of.

Yeah that event was a joke.... the doormen were way out of control on some huge ego trip...... I hope the owner of the club gave good head, because that is all he seemed good for....:2 cents:

They did Try at the door, Both Lori and Bugbee came and tried to get me in. Those Doorman and management were totally out of control. Mind you, I did not realize there was a dress code, and did wear shorts and sandals. Finally They got me in tru the back door. Once inside I had a great time , Thanks Helmy !!

JFK, thanks brother yes I spent pretty much all night running between doors, sponsors, etc. It was a rough one for me. But thanks to all including our sponsors. Keep your eyes peeled for regular updates and threads with video and pictures for all to enjoy.

All I have to say is GigaBugbee and GigaChris really tried once we left their sight though the shit went bad, the rest of the night was a bad memory and will hopefully fade away fast when shit gets made right... Those doormen can suck my dick and swallow.. Buncha self loving jerkoffs..

I left early after the stress and the mixture of alcohol they had at the table made me need to puke.. So I spent about 30-40min then I got back on the shuttle bus (which should have been a limo)

Anyways.. People who worked hard to take care of me and my guests, you know who you are, and you still have my deepest respect..

All you people who we were able to get in, I hope you had a good time...
