Yeah, the ratings you get from those vacation brochures are fishy. They are usually from the vacation brokers.

That 4 star rating is from "Tourisme Québec" :glugglug

This ain't no vacation - this is business with Telmex (the telephone company for Mexico); they booked me in "The Nikko Hotel" - which I guess is the luxary business place down there...but luxary ain't saying much for Mexico City
