Where to find script to manage large linksite with cats

Anybody got good idea where to find a good and cheap script that can manage a multiple link site with various categories. It will not be a gallery site but a site with quality linksites listed.

nothing makes me wanna buy a script from someone like a site full of "Forbidden" errors... and a script error on the very front page.
