cancelling oxeo?
 

Has anyone ever had problems with cancelling the service with Oxeo web hosting or is it just me?

Ive never used them.
Are they trying to rebill you or what?

Rebilled after 3 months of not using the service after it was cancelled before my first month was up with them. Multiple emails assuring me that this was taken care of but I check my debit card tonight and guess what, I have been charged by oxeo :)

Sounds like they are running on auto pilot.

Never used them, I use Dreamhost since they don't accept blog spammers, as others do ...

Damn, is it possible to get a simple answer from a host question without getting spammed? :1orglaugh

The issue still isn't resolved. Im just going to do a charge back with my bank. It isn't a major amount of money but I havent used the damn service since May then all of a sudden im charged.

Lot's of hosts use this SCAM. ProHosters is (was? I hear they were sold) one of them :321GFY

lol when I was with oxeo they forgot to bill me after the first month... haven't had a problem cancelling tho (which didn't take me long to decide)

We've been doing business with adult webmasters, manny of whom are from this board, for a long time and i'm sure they'll attest to the fact that our company is very honest and the furthest thing from a scam.

I host with Oxeo and they treat me very good. I love those guys. Keep up the good work Oxeo. My pages are always up and never ever are slow. Actually I bet you $10 my site is faster than yours. My same exact site with other companys run very slow. Their 24 hour customer service is awesome too.:thumbsup

I heard Oxeo is pretty good. And I say that being their competitor, and we usually hear bad shit about all our competitors.....

I have not heard bad things about Oxeo, only good.
I wont say who I hear bad things about because that's not cool.
I will say that as a competitor I dont mind telling who I heard good about.

Hope others would do the same for us. :-)
