It's 6 AM; need some quick advice
I have a hell of a day tomorrow.. have to get up at 9:30 at the latest. What should I do? Go to bed or get as much sleep as I can? I'm kinda starting to wake up, but I'm afraid that will change as soon as it gets bright.
Thanks. also: I heard it's good to get sleep in 1.5 hour increments, is that right? meaning i should set the alarm in 3h or 4.5 hours.. etc. load of bullshit or true? |

each person is different. If it was me I'd get some sleep

some sleeping pills, then red bull when you wake up

I'd stay up, a little bit of sleep always kills me

sleep as much as you can. if you dont sleep and 9:30 rolls around, you might be way dog ass tired and will make you feel like shit.

If you're like me, you're screwed. I have to have 4-6 hours minimum when I stay up that late, or I'm scruffy and growly all day.
