I don't see where free matters. Ifriends promotes their whole site as FREE. Free Lifetime Membership, etc. If they pulled the card out to join, they'll pull it out again if you put any effort into it. :winkwink:

A paysite once stole text from one of my free sites.. That was fucking hilarious.. He changed it once I exposed him here but still kept part of it.. People do it all the time..

I actually considered getting the copyright on it after I noticed a few people ripping it off. Would have made for some interesting lawsuits.

Read what I said again. The camgirl a) doesn't get new customers when someone uses her picture then changes her name, and b) doesn't get GOOD new customers when the webmaster makes up a bunch of bullshit about what she will do on cam that's a total lie he pulled out of his ass, thereby setting up expectations she can't fulfill AND destroying any trust that could have been established.

Would you pull out your credit card after someone misled you into thinking you'd get a free private show and come to find out there's a per-minute charge? Chances are you'll just make the camgirl's life a misery while you take out your resentment on her or beg her for freebies while she is there not getting paid unless you go into video with her. True that it's not just the affiliates making up that marketing technique though, it's definitely how iFriends promotes it. It's just totally obnoxious when the camgirls are the ones who have to break it to the surfers they don't get a free show or hotchat. Also, they can go into the chatrooms WITHOUT even paying the $1 to join so there's no proof they actually even have a credit card. Oh well, clickcash still rocks. It's just a lot easier being on the webmaster side of it making money rather than doing it as a camgirl.

Frankly some of the promo by cam site operators is so damned pathetic - the members must have been hard up to join! :-)

There may be something of benefit if cam girls had a domain to stuff their pics (not crap) and submit a decent bio that could be pulled and used as promo by webmasters.
