Anyone want to swap houses next summer?

I live about an hour from Tampa and an hour and a half from Orlando. We also have a small water park about 15 minutes away. (Buccanear Bay/Weeki Wachee Springs)
I'd like to swap for the summer, or part of it, so I can take my family somewhere new.
3 bedroom/2 bath; 1600 square foot home; huge kitchen; garden tub in master bath; washer/dryer; breakfast room has been converted into an office; broadband internet; digital cable; trampoline outside; 2.5 acre lot; 5 minutes away from movie theatre, shopping (Wal-mart, Eckerd, Walgreens, Sears, Beall's, Office Depot, Circuit City, and much more) and dining (Ruby Tuesday's, Beef-O-Brady's, Whistle Junction, Chick Fil A, etc). It is a mobile home, but it's one of the bigger, newer, nicer ones, about 5 years old. Pets ok.
Anyone want to discuss a tentative trade?

I trade every year. I built a site at www.summerbeachhouse.com. Unfortunately, it's only an hour away. :) I usually trade for Europe. I think I'm going to be in Sweden next summer. There are many good websites for trading. Check out intervac.org as they are the best IMHO. Hopefuly, I'll have a roof put on the house soon. It got knocked out from the hurricane.

It was the period at the end of the sentence that caused the link to be screwy. Go to summerbeachhouse.com

My parents live in Sweden. They'll gladly help you out. They are looking in the Northwest USA though, Massachussets, Maine etc.

Anyone from "John Kerry land" who wants to swap can send me an email.

I almost bought one of those modular homes Chase. However I figured out that the price I would have paid would have not been worth it, would still have to pay lot rent, plus taxes on the land (even though it's rented land) then pay for landscaping and decks. Also, the homes devalue each year. Lost invesment. I think I may purchase one in 5 years though for a cottage. They're perfect for that because cottages are a sound investment no matter what the homes are.

Got any pics of yours? I'm curious which style it is

I don't have any handy, but I can post some tonite or tomorrow. I'm in the middle of shampooing my carpets, lol.
