it will need to have

- Main Page
- A Request Listing page, in which the people fill in forms and a script will then send the forms to an email adress
- An admin section, username and password protected, in which the Admin will go to fill in the forms and add a listing
- A Search script, like the one you see on that site

it will NOT need to have a banner...
