yes titmowse you are correct. that webmaster did a file save from his own browser not only once but twice. he/she removed the bottom tags but missed the first set of tags. teaches you to work from your orginal copy on your hard drive then upload the changes.

Yes Thats exactly what happened. I get tons of webmasters every week, writting to me telling me I ruined their page with a double header, when Low and Behold its their own fault for not knowing html. They should be using and html editor on their puter that does it for them...heheehhehe
