2257 statments..where to get them?
 

I need to figure out how I go about drawing up 2257 statement for my pages. I am not just going to take one from some one else's page because on top of being not the most honest thing to do I some how doubt that is a good way to go about things.

So, how do I go about doing it? If I need to pay a lawyer can anyone firstly suggest someone that would be willing to deal with an overseas client and secondly give me an idea of the cost involved?
