If betterbeup tells me my "ëtho" traffic does not cross 10 mbps.
Can I assume then that my ded is capped at 10 mbps?

No, you cant because you just might not be pushing enough to get past 10Mbps.

Setup a test file and I'll max that for you, and tell you if you are or not.
