The problem is, even when he HAS a teleprompter in front of him, he doesn't comprehend what he is saying. It IS embarrassing...at least for Americans.

His pause when making a speech is too long for me, it makes a 30 min speech 2 hours long. They just need to work on his pause and everything esle that comes with someone making a speech.:2 cents:
