if you look at the black and white you will see that there is an unatural shadow. If her hahahaha makes a V, on her right side there seems to be 2 arms to the V as if they used make up or air brushed or edited it out. That is a really low tattoo of what looks like a leaf or something and is in the exact spot of that weird shadow/line in her black and whites. Playboy does not always put in tattoos and is also known for airbrush and photo edits to remove flaws. The curves of the hip and breast seem pretty close to this picture also, I will say if it is a fake they did a damn good job of finding a girl.
