I need a script that will add a banner/frame to the top of my page(or bottom) with every site opened thru the script. Can someone point me in the right direction please?.

I know I'm new but I need the help.

Are you looking for something like free hosts use or like ratings sites? I'd go check on their pages and try to see if there is some reference to what they are using. Sorry I can't help more.

I appreciate your response. Actually, I need what free host use. ILike with the big ass advertising on the top and bottom. Could you let me in on a few free host like that? Right now I can't think of any because i don't use free host
