    A good friend just died last night

    A good buddy of mine just died last night of a drug overdose. He was 31. They found the foil & shit... smoking heroin. I hadn't seen him in a while and just talked to him yesterday... made plans to go out for a couple drinks.

    We was always a bit of a maniac but always kept his life together... was very close to his family. Sometimes I'd tell him to slow down. I wish I had tried harder.

    If you have a friend going too hard too often, you owe it to them to help them stop.

              I didnt know it was possible to OD from smoking the shit...banging the shit i can understand an OD but from smoking it?

              Sorry to hear about your loss, i wonder if it'll make the news...was he partying with some people? musta been because if he was doing that shit alone he musta had a bigger problem than you thought.

                  He'd do shit like that alone, yeah. He wasn't partying. The cause of death isn't official yet, but I'm sure that was it.

                      I think that you have to smoke a shitload to OD. He propably mixed Heroin with other drugs..

                              Nah the shit is so raw that you have to shoot it... I lost two nephews this year to it. It's an any person drug now. My nephews both white kids from the suburbs, one was suppose to start his freshmen year at Boston University next month.

                              It's sad when friends and family die of drug overdose. You tend to blame yourself when it happens. Always saying if I just tried a little harder.

                              I have a friend who is pretty messed up and he's a popular musical artist. We locked him up, beat him up, sent him away to the top hospital and he still has a $1000 day habit. Now I just wait for him to die. His wife left him, his kids hate him, and he's now protected by the drug dealers. It's fucked up shit. You can only save those who want to save themselves.

                                              Sorry for your loss. I have to say that I have an acquaintance that was on that shit for years and was a complete dick. Hes been clean now for almost 11 years and to be honest with ya I liked him better fucked up. Hes an even bigger dick clean.
