I think it was any purchase under $2500.

People were going crazy like the 5% makes a huge difference.

Its not like I was not going to buy that TV for $105 including tax but now tax free at $100 Sweet :)

Hey it worked for merchants from what I am hearing from friends.

Does not effect my brick and mortar since its clothing and clothing is always tax free.

I missed it, I was playing in a golf tournament. :(
