The Financial Times is reporting that on Monday Bush will announce the withdrawl of 70,000 troops from Europe and Asia.

Interesting.

"An additional 100,000 support staff and military families worldwide will be part of the realignment."

They likely are involved in relations with each of the countries they are in, and Bush is going to cut off that communication. Good job, just what ya need there Bush.
