Mediabay Sues Napster
 

This strikes closer to what I like about Napster at http://www.zdnet.com/zdnn/stories/ne...kpt=zdhpnews01 (radio shows were free when they were first aired so why not now).

And if you haven't ever heard a old-time radio show, move your butt to http://www.mediabay.com where they have online programs (Jack Benny was on the other night).
