The all-expense paid photo shoot will include a shoot with a professional photographer, transportation, food and accommodations in Los Angeles, California, all at the sole and absolute discretion of Epoch. The Epoch Girl(s) will also receive a check in the amount of $1,000 as spending money. The estimated total value of the all-expense paid photo shoot is in the amount of $4,500. The Epoch Girl(s) must be available for the all-expense paid photo shoot and travel to Los Angeles, California, between November 1, 2004, and November 5, 2004.
