What is the best part of the olympics.

I think that the basketball part owns all of the olympics.

Basketball is one of the sports that doesn't excite me during olympics, because the whole year you have the opportunity to watch it. Media are all over basketball and soccer 24h/day.

I prefer track, gymnastics, diving, weightlifting. For example I didn't watch diving till lately and when I saw a live competiition I was like wtf, this has to be one of the hardest sports to do.

I enjoy to watch swimming, especially the short distances. Track and field is nice too.

Sports like Basketball, Baseball, Football etc. aren't fun to look at at the Olympics IMO

8 billion for your entertainment?

Watchting the losers in pain because they were humiliated in front of billions of people.

It is, but in my opinion such sports shouldn't be Olympic sports, I mean common 2 months before the OG you have the EC for Football, NBA is on all year so is MLB, Tour De France is 3 months before the OG where's the point?

Athletics, swimming and such stuff belong in the OG, it's the foundation.

Seeing all the countries with political conflicts meeting and joining up in one place.

Firehorse 08-14-2004 06:38 PM

My favorites are Gymnastics, 100 metre sprint, Diving, and Boxing! :thumbsup

fr8 08-14-2004 06:46 PM

I think the weightlifting and the uneven bars.

Goatse 08-16-2004 06:42 PM

The agony of defeat. Watching favorites, big shots, miserably fail.

freeadultcontent 08-16-2004 06:47 PM

A rebox ad campaign that so blew up in their faces it sent me into convulsions of laughter. Ok so that was during qualifications and years ago. Seriously it was a blunder of new coke status.

Ok well on another note, I liked when the olympics was just about the event. None of that stupid fluff, no life stories, no fireworks show, just pure sport then back to regular programing.

Vitasoy 08-16-2004 07:31 PM

I'm really enjoying the men/woman beach and floor volleyball, the swimming, and gymnastics/

All the beautiful asses; whether it's beach volleyball, gymnastics or swimming.
