Epassporte Question
 

Does epassporte work just like paypal, from their site it doesn't seem like you can get the cash but just apply it to their online visa and buy stuff with it, can anyone fill this moron please?

Epassporte is better than Paypal.

You can withdraw the money using the visa electron card on any Visa/Plus ATM or wire to your US bank account.

When you sign up for your personal account or get it from a sponsor, you have two different visa #s, one of them is your virtual visa to shop online, pay bills etc. the other is the visa card # you can use at atms.
