No. The CIA is banned from conducting operations within the US. This actually pretty serious. The purpose of the CIA is to gather intelligence, NOT investigate. We have the FBI for that. One reason they are banned from conducting operations in the US is to prevent the top US officials from gathering intelligence on its own citizens and from opposing parties.

What i found funny about that was, I was watching the Daily show and it showed Bush being interviewed about someone they had just showed a clip of him with! He said that he didn't recall meeting him and that he just saw him in a line of people. How crazy is that :(
