Gossamer Threads is pretty good. The Links SQL will set you back a few hundred, or you can do the regular Links v.2. There's a free version of it.

i recommend xpowerlinks, it's quite powerful once it's setup. i've just had it installed here http://www.free-adult-links.net although the sites not finished yet, you'll get the idea.

For my part I just use AutoGalleryPro for my link lists. I know thescript was made for TGP sites, but IT works graet also on LL and has lots functions such as various blacklisting options, checking recips, limit the number submission per day/webmaster, etc.
