Alot of sites dont link to you if you have them, are they effective?

Exit traffic is low quality, so I send it to various toplists and get better traffic back.

I've tried to send surfers directly to sponsors from my exit consoles, but with slim success--the conversion ratios went totally downhill http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/frown.gif

Now if everyone sends their shit traffic there - I don't see how you can get higher quality traffic back....
