...well i was thinking today, and i got to thinking... there has to be some way to make some money off "minor" traffic (the traffic that clicks EXIT for not being of age)

yeah i know that its rare for that link to get clicked, but hey, its there... and why waste it to http://google.com or http://disney.com

is there any programs that might have an "all ages" opt-in sites?

maybe like a webmaster program for some joke site? just figured since the button is there, someone will eventually click it, why give the traffic to something i wont make anything on...

maybe try sending it to a ringtones or phone logo sites that allows people to pay with their mobiles

Why not use it for a mainstream aff program like amazon, or something that sells music, dvd's or such stuff. Problem is alot of the mainstream sites wont sign affiliates with adult sites. Speaking from experience :warning

use it to gain link popularity ...

search for "exit" on google and you know what i mean :glugglug

Not really a problem, you could make a little non-adult portal site with ads for amazon etc. and send all your exit clicks there, so the referring URL would be this site and noone could track the actual source of traffic to it.
