I am surprised but i don't experience a summer slowdonw this year.

Summer slowdown is ok, worse is the winter slowdown, cannot forget to mention the autumn slowdown. And spring slowdown? Wow, thats the worst.
Some people will find everytime a "good" reason for their incompetence...

I've always felt the slowdown was a myth.. I might get a little less traffic but it's never affected my money.

some can't seem to figure out how biz trends affect different sectors, different businesse at different times ...drum roll please DIFFERENTLY.

I get so sick of these threads where some people post that their #'s are okay so that must mean there is no summer slowdown...every other biz industry experiences it at one point or another but *sarcasm on* it doesn't happen in porn *sarcasm off*

summer slow down is overrated though... look at any big TGPs.. their #'s are failry constant..(small drop).. the traffic I receive to my galleries from certain TGPs is fairly constant.. as for conversions, whether its summer or winter, that doesnt change...

There is such thing as a summer slowdown.. It happens in almost all industries (except maybe the traveling industry and summer camp industry). The extent of it though, is not as hardcore as everyone makes it out to be though. I know that in the mainstream advertising/marketing sector, to get 10-15 new clients each week is pretty hard to come by, but after the summer, when the back to school crap rolls around, closing 10-15 a week will get you fired for doing so little.

Agreed never experienced something hinting at it's existence ever.
