Mainstream sponsor: Primary Ads...

Was doing some searching and found these guys. Anybody have any experience with them? Do they pay? How are their campaigns?

Never heard of them. Make sure they aren't bastards like Burst and popup campaigns on your 468x60, when they pay you 0.50 cpm on the banner but are getting 1cpm on the banner and 1.50cpm on the popup.
