its a bit shitty - he did bad stuff in the past and they try and stop him from recieving money now he won.

He might be able to use the money to get himself out of jail.

He is a jailed rapist... in jail for rape.

They should be hooking his balls up to a battery charger every morning.. not playing the lottery.

I'm more worried about the extention to the Congestion charge.. it's not enough that we have to pay insurance, road tax.. about 20 other taxes... and now he wants us to pay 5 quid a day ~$9 to drive into/out of central london. :321GFY
