korzon 08-12-2004 09:35 AM

ouch ouch ouch

man that sucks , hopefully they will straighten it out ASAP with interest!:)

CarnivalOfWhores 08-12-2004 11:07 AM

This has happened to me several times, which is why I will no longer deal with them. And no, they will not pay interest or
bounced check fees. I tried to make them pay fees for this and all they did was cover face value, I could have pursued it in small claims but decided it was less of a hassle just to dump them.

DamnGoodRatio 08-12-2004 11:08 AM

Don't Panic. It is probably an international check problem. I know Canada, Romania and the majority of the baltic states won't cash US checks. Did the bank specify if this was the problem?

Contact [email protected] and get her to straighten it out. She'll take care of you -- and gives good phone.

I think being cut for spamming yahoo groups is more like the reason you don't deal with them anymore. But that's just a guess as they run a tight ship, that doesn't hesitate to throw spammers overboard, and you are a bitter, termed, spamming bitch.

You are an idiot who doesn't know me anymore than you know your ass from a hole in the ground. I've never used yahoo groups. Get a life, loser.

And YES their checks did bounce. And yes they made good on them but never reimbursed me for bounce fees at the bank, which is why I don't use them anymore.

You mean I haven't been cashing 500+ US sponsor checks a year up here in Canada for the past 5 or 6 years?

Damn.. I must be having an acid flashback.

B Sandwich 08-12-2004 11:58 AM

Clickcash is the McDonalds of the live cam industry.

instead, I suggest ARS (never shaves, converts like water)

or

Mtree ($25 per free cam signup)

haven't had a check bounce with either and have made shitloads from both this year :thumbsup

The two canadian banks I've had or heard from close friends of problems is Canada Western out in the middle of nowhere and some HSBC branches. I don't know if it is a length of time account open issue, location or branch by branch thing, but I know its happened.

Yes you are a fucking asshole who still doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground.

I asked for a link list and that proves what exactly? That I asked for a link list.
It doesn't prove spam or anything else.
I do not have yahoo groups for my sites, YET. And when I do put those together and use the link lists, that proves what?

Go crawl back under your bridge, dumbass.

This was my experience 2 years ago when the checks bounced on my old site. I had to send registered snail mail to get a response.

The other thing about ifriends is that they have a long history of allowing customers who habitually charge back shows on the ladies to remain in the system and keep pulling the same shit. Now maybe they have changed that policy recently, but I still hear the same complaints about it. One of the ladies there maintains a bad customer list for the other ladies so they don't keep giving these guys freebees.
These idiots should be kicked out of the system the first time they do a chargeback, the way the other sites do their "scrubbing."

You are so full of it. My friend ACCIDENTALY overcharged his card making it bounce and he couldn't register any card from his name or address until the old charge was resolved. It immediately locked his new accounts.

Well, I don't know what to say to this. I personally have a copy of the list of chargebackers they allowed to remain in their system doing shows. I would be happy to email you a copy. What you describe here is different from a chargeback anyhow. Check out the message boards there, the lady that maintains that list had it available as of Nov 2003 which is the last time I downloaded it and the last time I decided to ever deal with cc.

Good for them if they have changed their policies. But I still am not interested in dealing with them after the bounced checks.
