Is there an easy way to find/delete all ICQ contacts with no history?

My contact list is full, so I need to delete a contact everytime I want to add a new one. I already use groups but it just won't let me add new ones. Is there an easy way to find/delete all ICQ contacts with no history?

Not that I know of.. ICQ is flawed in so many ways.
