Hello Terenzo,

What address have you been sending the mail to? If you have been submitting support requests from the address you referenced then it would seem that your SPAM filtering software is blocking the replies from reaching you, much the same as mine would have been blocked from reaching you if I had not gone in and manually cleared it to pass on to you.

If this is the case then I would just recommend submitting your mail from from an unfiltered mail account in the future.

By the way I just completed a search of our ticketing system and found where you had submitted a request for work on Wednesday 8-16-04 at 12:12 and the ticket was resolved with all of the items being completed by 16:56 (a little over 4.5 hours after the request was received). From there the ticket was resolved, with a response being sent out to you.

I am forwarding you another copy of the resolved ticket for your records.

thanx for response i will check that tomorrow. when i was bitching i also must say that i kinda lost contact to candid support as the server is running for years without problems.
