Adult Friend Finder - fake profiles, whores or really girls looking for fuck buddies?
What do you think?
Are really the tens of women who place their nude pics on AFF saying they live in London and they want some action, real woman looking for easy fuck partners? Or rather professional whores, or just often fake profiles? :glugglug |
I hooked up with a girl off there one time like 4 years ago. :)

Aff takes care of the fake ones, believe me there are a lot who want to fuck like you want to.
|
There ARE real ones and more than you think as well, out on adult friend lifestylelounge etc...
Basically its just Lifestylers :) |
alittle while back I did a little experiment with it. I did a browse for women in my area and emailed the first 50 women on there. about 15 of them never got back to me about 30 of them ended up being fake they would send me emails saying things like " you sound like a cool guy, here's some more pics of me that are more recent" and link to a site that had a couple other pics and invited me to join an AVS to see the naughty pics and about 5 of them were real.

Yahoo personal and AFF are the 2 best dating sites.. I have picked up a enough chicks for those sites.. Before those I use to get tons from AOL Personal. And I mean Tons..

One thing that's important to keep in mind is that where ever you go online- the internet is still the internet. There was a thread about this last week, I'm pretty confident most of us in the dating industry do our best to weed out the fakes and sales reps- etc- but take this message board for example- how many people on here have multiple aliases and post under fake names, etc.
We do the validation feature- where members can send in a copy of their state issued photo ID and we update their profile to reflect that the pics posted are fair and accurate depictions of the account holder. Other sites I'm sure have their own methods. I would always be suspicious of a member who says "email me at.." right away- most members don't give out their personal email address until they've chatted with someone etc. You just have to use common sense. I know for a fact people do hook up on adult dating sites like ours because our customer service department is flooded with the aftermath- the break ups. If something goes wrong on a date people get crazy- they are always trying to get eachother banned, etc. :winkwink: |

And - as said before - I know people can find partners in dating sites. But once again, i was just wondering...f.e when i make a search on AFF - woman - 19-25, looking for 1-0n-1 sex in Italy and there come tens or hundreds results with woman who are posing nude in these photos. I don't think women are so straight forward so I was wondering if their profiles are real. :2 cents: |

I find with AFF it's better to write to ads with no pictures.. So far I have meet a bunch that way.. Cause no normal non adult working female will pose nude pictures.. There are a few but not many..

Here's our perspective of things. In many ways AdultFriendFinder is like a vast bazaar in the center of a great city. Everybody goes there with their own individual expectations of what they are hoping to "buy" and what they are hoping to "sell". I use the words buy and sell deliberately because sexual encounters are often very transactional in nature, even when no money, per se, changes hands. Unfortunately, as with all large marketplaces, sometimes people come there to misrepresent, to cheat, to deceive, to advance commercial objectives under the guise of human interaction. When you look at it this way, the lines that separate a person who is offering sex in exchange for dinner, from the person who wants to monetize you as traffic in their own web site, from the person who will actually have sex with you for a negotiated price, become a little blurry. From this potentially confused and muddy state of affairs, we're forced to examine the basic objectives of our site. We want AdultFriendFinder to be the best place on the Web for people to come whenever they want to explore themselves and others sexually. Sometimes that exploration takes the form of physical meetings, sometimes the need is fulfilled through online interaction -- chat, e-mail, exchange of photos, etc. Many of our perfectly satisfied members never reach out at all, but simply gratify their desires by browsing the profiles of their neighbors nextdoor or of strangers on the other side of the globe Given such a broad range of possible member desires and gratifications, it behooves us to keep the options as open as we can. Where we draw the line is very simple: members must be the person they are representing in their profile, and they must refrain from making anonymous commercial solicitations to other members. By anonymous, we mean links to other sites or any open requests for e-mails that rob the AFF experience of its intended direct person-to-person quality. So, my dear AFF members, I can tell you with absolute conviction that there are millions of REAL people looking for "something" on our site. Whether the "something" they are offering matches the "something" you may be seeking is a matter for personal, private discussion between consenting adults. Caveat emptor. I have nothing against women... If they want to be escorts, or just want to make a few bucks off their AVS sites...let 'em! Holy catfish, people... We're in the same business.
As for female webmasters taking advantage of dating sites to sell their products... That's kind of a grey area. I mean, they flash some tit, chat up a few guys and make them feel good about themselves, then sell some nude pics... what's the problem? |
well put Jack.

When you go to a Club, start chatting with a girl but then she says she can be yours for $$$$, then you probably get mad and disappointed, unless you were looking for a hooker, but in that case you'd probably go to a borthel or call an escort agency instead of going to a club.... :2 cents: |

|
If anyone's looking to make money from dating traffic, hit me up :)
|
how many of you people actually sign up for that shit? lol. I'm gonna have to check it out... maybe Jack will have a new member tonight :p
|
I can share some input here :)
There will always be escorts/agencies and ofcourse fake profiles trying to weasle their way into any dating site (particularly adult dating). What portion, all depends on how the site operates. IwantU, for example, employs real people whose sole job is 'browsing'. These people must read and approve every profile submitted or modified on the website. They then either accept it or reject it (there are many reasons to reject it too: wrong club, underage, invalid profile, spam). This means we try and stop as much of the fakeness as we can. Obviously you cannot stop it 100%, because some people will create profiles manually, putting average pictures and normal text (they spam you once you have sent them a message). Here we just try and find patterns, and scripts notify us of things like many profiles from the same IP, etc... Now on the flipside, some sites don't check anything at all. I can give you one perfect example: I signup and post my profile as junk. 'ksdgkfjsdgf kjsdgkjfs dgkjf' will do nicely. I get the message my profile is pending and it will take upto 24 hours, that's pretty normal. Two minutes later I have an email saying my profile is approved, and then I start getting mail saying people read my profile and think we click, etc etc.....OBVIOUSLY script-generated messages from the site itself. So you can see the number of fake profiles you find will vary depending how the site is run. I can tell you though that there ARE hot women who use dating sites these days who do just want to fuck :winkwink: |
aff is more real than any other service out there - unlike others that just fuck around and say this and that about their program they ACTUALLY have dozens of people on staff full time verifying profiles.
Aff is real - very real |
of course a way to make a living

All three is my guess.

If AFF uses real agents, that makes two of us so far.....I don't know how many of the other adult programs can say that they do...though I know for a fact which obviously do NOt :upsidedow |
