why dont sponsors stop the sound when my mouse leaves the banner? that fucking whip and cash register sound is so annoying

The sound has gotta stop when you mouse off.

so just get avantbrowser and then you can turn the damn annoying flash off

and before anyone says "turn sounds off" or "turn flash off"

im not going to change settings that effect other programs and websites too just to surf GFY

I use Mozilla and their no flash extension. I just click the little flash icon if it's something i want to see and the flash loads. Not issues. No shitty banners.

Unless Mozilla is different on windows I dont know. Because thats what I use under linux and Macromedia has an extention for it.

Yeah, I thought they were supposed to only accept banners not playing sound when not over it..

They certainly made it the loudest sound that comes out of my computer. :zzwhip

i love the fact that everyone is so obsessed with GFY and the banners, that they changed their surfing habits to deal with certain things found mainly on this site...rofl

i just turn sounds off....fuck using a different browser and plug ins and shit...
